SALES POLICY

The user will have access to the online payment service to make the payment for the reservation from the “Reservations” and “Gift Voucher” pages. Once the entire online booking process has been completed through the banking gateway (virtual POS), you will receive confirmation of payment and booking. Online payments can be made through our virtual POS using VISA and MASTERCARD cards.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds, but you can change the date of your reservation by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. We will move the reservation to the new date ourselves, without any new payment. The new date must be within 90 days of the original booking date.

To change the date, write to us at hola@imaginaart.com indicating your name and surname, the date of the reservation and the new date you are interested in, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 614 34 41 10.

Under no circumstances will the amount of the deposit be returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or returns. You can change the day and time of your reservation by notifying us 48 hours in advance . Imagina Art reserves the right to cancel a workshop if you arrive late or arrive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or with a violent attitude.
